Preheat oven to 170°C. Wash all four zucchinis thoroughly and grate them coarsely. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add in the zucchinis and peeled garlic clove. Stir-fry until the zucchinis have rendered all the water (This step is important for the texture of flans to be homogeneous). Add in curry powder, salt and pepper and mix well in the pan. Remove the rind from the Président Brie and cut it into cubes. Beat eggs, and then add Président whipping cream and zucchinis into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Divide the dough into molds, and arrange the diced Président Brie pressing them into the dough. Bake for 25 minutes. To check the doneness, poke with a knife. Dough should not stick to it when it is done.
